ninar taha
I am a Sudanese-American researcher and visual storyteller based in Brooklyn, NY.
I am interested in the role of mythology in the construction of collective memory within diaspora communities. Inspired by my family history, travels, and surrealist theory, my work seeks to forge connections between the past and present, and deepen understanding of the ties that bind Blackness across geographies.
